EBTEC has been offering high-energy beam services to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Medical, and Industrial markets for more than 45 years. In 2005, EBTEC also began offering value-added manufacturing services—made from print for components that utilized, at a minimum, one of our high-energy beam services.
With that in mind, we are proud to announce the acquisition of additional machining capabilities, which are recently installed and fully operational. The HAAS VF-3 introduces milling capabilities to the turning capabilities that have been installed over the past few years. Additionally, EBTEC Corporation has in its capital plan a much larger multi-axis CNC high-speed mill for third quarter 2010, which will further support our valued customers.

EBTEC Corporation is proud to be participating at the 2010 MD&M show in New York, NY. Join us in June at Booth Number 2360, and see what new and innovative processes we are bringing to the marketplace, as it relates to electron beam welding; laser welding, drilling, and cutting; and Surfi-Sculpt™ technologies.
EBTEC has been involved in the fabrication of surgical devices, implants, and other medical components for more than 30 years. During this time, we have developed working relationships with many of the prime manufacturers, and are proud of the innovations we can bring to the design of new devices. Our high-energy beam fusion processes have been developed for product assemblies with little to no measurable distortion and high strength welds utilizing our processes. And our experienced engineering staff facilitates the integration of high-energy beam processes with market-established devices. We’d be pleased to show you how our processes and manufacturing methods may facilitate your medical device needs, with highly repeatable results.
Please contact us for additional information. We look forward to seeing you at MD&M in June.

EBTEC first made a significant entrance into the Power Generation Industry many years ago. The introduction of electron beam welded diaphragms developed and matured as a result of our efforts for one of our customers. The depth of weld penetration capable with electron beam processes, coupled with very low distortion at the blade and gas path, was seen to be a major milestone in the fabrication of these stationary steam components. Increases in efficiencies were immediately recognized.
In the past 10 years, a large focus of our energies has gone into providing our customers with more than services. We have created a value proposition for many of our customer in the fabrication of their components. This value stream starts with the minimization of our customers' need for supply chain management, something that typically constituted a sizable part of their daily activity. With all of the processes contained and controlled within our organization, we offer an unparalleled ability to see the process through from the inception of thought, the engineering process, and the acquisition of materials; to the manufacturing process, completion of finished goods, and shipment to stock programs or directly to the customer's site.
As EBTEC continues to perform our high-energy beam processes for this industry, our enthusiasm for our endeavors and the complexity of the processes we use has grown. We have provided services on Fuel Nozzles, Transition Ducts, Labyrinth Seals, Combustors, Steam Turbine Diaphragms, Gas Turbine Stators, Blades, and Vanes, as well as many-many other items.
Please contact us for additional information. We look forward to seeing you at Power-Gen International in December.
