EBTEC utilizes an array of high energy beam and conventional manufacturing technologies, including Electron Beam Welding, Abrasive Waterjet Cutting, Laser Cutting and Drilling, Ultrasonic Testing, Certified Flow Checking, EDM, Conventional Machining, and Heat Treating, as well as our decades of industry experience, to provide solutions to our customers' end-to-end fabrication challenges.

This includes turbine upgrades, a job that typically requires a redesign of the diaphragms. Simply place an order for a turbine diaphragm, and our staff will assist in the design and manufacture of our customers' exact specification. EBTEC can also provide customers with reliable subcontract results when refurbishing overhauled turbine components, utilizing all of our high energy beam processes and conventional machining methods.
