Engineering
EBTEC's engineering capabilities include the design of fixtures, drive sources, and complete components. We can assist you throughout the course of product development, evaluating each step of the process to ensure compliance with design parameters. When necessary, we recommend design changes to facilitate cost-effective fabrication. The engineering staff is supported by powerful design software such as AutoCAD®, MasterCam®, and SurfCam®. The design tools facilitate EBTEC's in-house resources to create the best customer solution.

Metallurgy
Our metallurgical laboratory offers cross sectioning, mounting, polishing, etching, hardness checking, and high resolution photography.

Quality
Our QC Department is equipped with mass spectrometers (helium leak detectors), air flow testing systems, and stereo microscope visual inspection systems. On-line quality control procedures ensure compliance with project specifications while work is in progress.

Sales
Our sales staff focuses on meeting customer needs, quickly and cost-effectively. We manage all aspects of a job, including procurement, logistics, and multiple manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing
EBTEC provides fully-integrated component manufacturing services. Our customers work directly with EBTEC engineers, metallurgists and skilled operators to design the most effective manufacturing strategies, from materials selection and acquisition to fixture design and component assembly.
