High energy beam services from EBTEC have many cost-effective applications for commercial and industrial products. We can process a full range of materials, including ferrous metals, 300 and 400 series stainless, aluminum and aluminum alloys, NI base, cobalt base, super alloys, and copper.
Our non-contact processes also make possible the manufacture of many non-metal components that would be damaged by the contact or heat input of conventional methods. Examples include parts made from advanced plastics, Kevlar®, or composites, and products cut from thin, flat sheets.
Our newly acquired 5-Axis Abrasive Waterjet cuts thicknesses unattainable using laser technologies. Metals and non-metallics of virtually any type lend themselves to processing with abrasive waterjet.
