EBTEC’s Sales staff is focused on meeting our customers’ needs with precision, cost-effective solutions, quickly. Our 50-plus years of experience, in addition to our wide array of advanced, high energy beam and conventional machining technologies, allow us to manage all aspects of a job, including procurement, logistics, and multiple manufacturing processes.

The Sales staff is made up of engineers capable of discussing technical processes, as well as experimental and production design, which allows for an immediate and complete first contact experience.

Additionally, EBTEC’s Customer Service Department is devoted to ensuring a quality experience for every one of our clients. The staff is available to provide our customers with ongoing support, direction, and guidance throughout the entire process.
